Hello dear people! I am looking for very very trustworthy people to rent my 3room apartment within walking distance of Uni Wien, Rathaus and 2 metro lines for August + September. There is also a garden for use including a bike storage area exclusively for people from the house. There are 4 sleeping places in 3 bedrooms. A kitchen with dining area (only the dishwasher is broken unfortunately) and a bathroom with toilet. The deposit - in the amount of 1000,- Euro - has to be secured via housingAnywhere after arrival. The rent will start immediately and the last Day is 28th of September - the rent amount of 1000,- Euro - must be paid until the reservation. The apartment is available immediately and can be used until September 28. A partial rent (less than the mentioned period) is explicitly not possible. ——...
