Parking in this area is generally not a problem during the day but can be tricky after 7 pm. The street is quiet (one-way street) and leads on to Square Ambiorix. Plenty of small groceries shops, bakeries and restaurants are available in the Chaussée de Louvain area, and a Delhaize supermarket is just a few minutes walk away. Rent for 6 months is 795/month with all charges included. Please ask me the monthly rent for shorter period of time (minimum 1 month) Deposit is 700€.
