Ci sono numerosi supermercati, come La Pam a solo un minuto da casa, oltre alla Coop e al Conad che sono poco distanti. Ci sono inoltre due farmacie ed anche tabaccherie. E' facilmente raggiungibile dalla Stazione Centrale con il bus 11, 36 e 13, con i quali inoltre si può raggiungere comodamente anche il centro. L'affitto è di 355€, comprese le spese dell'acqua ed elettricità. Il contratto è regolare ed il minimo di permanenza è di un anno.
