I’m pleased to offer you my renovated apartment on the first floor of a quiet building with about 20 units. It’s ideal for couples, but if you’d like to invite guests, the apartment is equipped to accommodate more than two people for several nights. Thanks to an elevator, you can reach the apartment without having to climb any stairs. It features a separate bedroom with a bed (140 x 200 cm) and a large built-in closet. The living room has a sleeper sofa that sleeps two. There is another room that works well as a home office, but it can also accommodate one additional person for sleeping. The kitchen is equipped with high-quality appliances, including an induction stove, oven, microwave, and plenty of storage space. There is a bathroom with a bathtub and a separate toilet with a sink. Of course, there is also a washing machine. The house is located in “Prater Cottage”—a small neighborhood that combines both a central location and the peaceful surroundings of Vienna’s most famous recreational area. The Vienna University of Economics and Business (WU Wien) is just a 15-minute walk away. Three nearby subway lines are a 10-minute walk away. The University of Vienna is less than half an hour away by public transportation. There’s a doctor’s office right in the building. I lived in this apartment myself for more than ten years and rented it out to good friends after I moved in with my partner. The apartment has just been freshly renovated and furnished.
