SUPER CENTRAL STUDIO FOR SUBRENT Placed in the Grote Gracht you will live in my cozy studio directly on the Grote Gracht, 30 sec away from Vrijthof, Albert Heijn and FASOS and 1 min to the Markt. I know the timeframe is not perfect (10th June - 1st September; flexible), however as I know from my own experience and from others it's getting pretty hard to get a nice room in Maastricht. It is much easier to be already here, as lots of rooms and flats are given away to people who can visit them in person within a suddenly determined timeframe. This is why my room is perfect for those who don't find a room right now and want to have a safe place to search while in Maastricht. As you can see on the pictures I shot today, you get for 400€ (of course June is cheaper) a fully furnished studio with - kitchen (inc. big fridge, coffee maker, water boiler and toaster) - bed - table - TV - 5.1 Hi-Fi system - Playstation 3 - a window so big you can sit there like on a balcony - and you can also use my bike :) The bathroom and WC are on the floor, cleaned professionally once a week, and you share them with 3 other students. You can have contact with them or not, it is totally up to you.
