Sunny Room in Chaussée de Mons This is a comfy room located in Chaussée de Mons, Anderlecht. The bright room (12m2) furnished with a single bed, desk, chair, and wardrobe. Each room is equipped with an interphone and good Wifi connection For hygiene reasons there's no mattress but I can provide you with one if you don't wish to by one (around 70euros in IKEA). On each floor, there's a shared kitchen, 3 shower rooms, and 2 toilets. The fully equipped kitchen is big enough to enjoy preparing your meal with your roommates. A friendly and international atmosphere guaranteed! The bathrooms and toilets are clean and neat. Bike parking available. Domiciliation not possible. The building respects all security regulations. Payment information: Monthly Rent: 450€/month (390€ + 60€ charges) Deposit: 900€ Cleaning of common space included! Please remember that you can move on any days but NOT on Sundays. Type of contract: monthly (every month started is due). E.g. if you move in 17/02 and move out 24/09, you will have to pay the full months of February and September (except if you move in/out during June/July and August: in this case, you'll only pay the number of days you actually stay) Location: The metro station Ceria (Metro 5) is only 2 min away by foot, the CERIA campus is 6 min away by foot, the ULB Erasme campus is only 10min away by public transportation (bus 141/142 and Metro 5) and the ring - exit 16 is close by. You can reach Brussels Center (Sainte Catherine for example) in only 15 min by the metro! Neighborhood: Anderlecht is located in the southwest area of Brussels, benefits from affordable rents, and is well-connected to Brussels center and EU institutions. Don't forget to have a look at the magnificent collegiate Saints-Pierre-et-Guidon, one of the most ancient and beautiful churched of Brussels! Visit as well the cute beguinage of Anderlecht.
