Hey, I am Louis an Aerospace Engineer from Germany studying in Delft. I am subletting my room while I am in Vancouver for my exchange term from July till December 2017. House Information: I am living with 4 other Aerospace bachelor students together. The house was renovated in 2016 before we moved in. The location is perfect for TU Delft students; 1 minute walking distance to the Aula and library; 5 minute walking distance to the next supermarket. The house was built as a single-family-house. Therefore, we share a large living room, kitchen, one toilet, and one bathroom. The kitchen is fully stocked including an oven, dishwasher, rice cooker, toaster, and blender. The living room has two sofas, TV, Xbox, and a Wii for relaxing evening events. You will also have your one bike (essential in the Netherlands). My roommates are all super friendly and will help you with everything from uni stuff to finding the best parties. Room Information: The room is located on the upper floor with a nice sunrise view in the morning. It has a large window front which can be covered by curtains.
