The district has a countryside feeling and has a lot of parks (e.g. “Schloss Schönbrunn”, “Roter Berg” and “Lainzer Tiergarten”). Because of the very near underground station (U4 “Ober St. Veit), the city center and most parts of the city can be reached in about 20 min. For example Karlsplatz/Opera takes only 15 min with the U4 (direct connection). The apartment has a kitchen with a big living room, cable/satellite TV, internet, separate bath and toilette, washing machine, parquet floor, balcony, elevator. The room is available from April until summer. The room will be arranged with a bed, desk and wardrobe. So if you are an exchange student, you don’t have to worry about the furniture.
