Die beiden großen Fenster gehen zwar zur Straße raus, das Zimmer ist aber ruhig, da die Fenster gut isoliert sind und Straße außerdem nicht viel befahren wird. Diese Möbel sind schon da: - Doppel-Bett (160x200) inkl. Matratzen und zwei Nachtkästchen - Kleiderschrank mit Spiegel - Schreibtisch+ Stuhl. Ein besonderes Highlight an dem Zimmer ist die Wandbemalung an der Kopfseite vom Bett. Das Zimmer wird nur möbliert vermietet und befindet sich in einer 82m2 großen top-sanierten Altbau-Wohnung im Herzen Wiens. Für die Möbel ist keine Ablöse fällig. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet (Geschirr, Töpfe, Pfannen, Mikrowelle, Toaster, Sandwichmaker, Kaffemaschine, Wasserkocher, etc).
