No more excuses to be late. You get up and within 5 minutes you are in class! The building is a 14-floor building with 441 brand new studios located near the bus and train station and the city center of Eindhoven, where you will find all the nice bars/pubs/ shopping areas. These studios are fully furnished. Which means you don't have to worry about moving. The studios are 100% free of stressful moving. You only bring a laptop and some clothes and you are all settled. You will have a self-contained studio with the comfort of your own kitchen and bathroom. Studios are available for both short or long term. Are you following a course in uni or is there another reason for you to stay in Eindhoven short term? No problem. Even if you are looking for a place to stay for just 1 month, you are welcome to apply for a studio. The furniture is already in place and to make your stay even more comfortable you can buy other essentials through our company: Kitchenware package (€ 75,-), Linen package (bed sheets and towels) (€ 75,-) Large inventory (Led TV, kettle, vacuum cleaner and coffee machine) (€ 17,50 per month). In the building you will find several communal areas. You don't have to be afraid to feel lonely. After a long study or working day you can prove your best singing skills in the TV/ Karaoke Room, Play a game of table soccer or relax at the rooftop terrace. Also there is a study room and conference room. Furthermore there are ironing facilities and a laundry room including dryers on the ground floor. The sizes of the studios vary between 21m2 to 42m2 and can be rented from € 675,- (incl. service costs and furnishing). Housing allowance is possible for people that meet the government's requirements. The additional costs for the maintenance subscription are € 7.95 p/m.
