The booking made through HousingAnywhere including the first month rent. All further payments (rent, deposit,) should be paid directly to the advertiser through bank transfer / cash, as agreed while booking /check in. For paying cash ,you get confirmation. Deposit you can pay via bank (it should be settled already to meet moment of check in) but ,by check in , the deposit is only cash. The method of deposit payment is the same to be paid to you back. If you need to stay longer than booked, that's easy possible, just to be arrange in time (already by check in /later).
