The room is in newly refurbished part of a three bedroom flat, shared bathroom, kitchen and big living room (see the attached photos). We, the occupants are all young professional/students and owners of the flat. The rent includes water, electricity, council tax, TV broadband (Sky movies/fast internet WIFI.
