Great room available in a nice neighborhood in Utrecht. The house consists of 6 rooms, all rented by men. For this reason we are looking for a male tenant. The room itself is 10m2 and has shared facilities. The facilities do not have to be shared with all 5 roommates, you will share them with 3 of the other tenants in the house. The room is available for international students, for the period of one year (1st September until 31st August 2018) and comes completely furnished.
