The room is especially suitable for university or international students looking for a well-connected place in the city centre. The location is excellent. The Danube riverfront and the Hungarian Parliament Building are around a 5-minute walk away. A major train station and shopping centre are also approximately 5 minutes away on foot, with easy access to the 4 and 6 tram lines, which provide convenient connections across central Budapest. I am the owner of the apartment and also live here. There are two private bedrooms that may be rented out, with a maximum of two tenants in addition to myself. Each tenant has their own private bedroom. The apartment also has a large shared living area, which everyone is welcome to use for relaxing, studying or spending time together. The kitchen, bathroom and other common areas are shared. The apartment is equipped for everyday living and has internet access. Water, electricity and gas are paid separately according to the actual bills/usage. The area has everything needed for daily life within walking distance, including public transportation, supermarkets, shops, cafés and restaurants.
