I am renting out my cozy and centrally located apartment in August while I am away on holiday. The rental period is somewhere inbetween 25th of July until 28th of August 2026. Longer stays are preferred. The apartment is located in the heart of Eastern Copenhagen, between Bopa Plads and Nordre Frihavnsgade, close to cafés, shops, green areas, and public transport. The apartment has 3 rooms of 78 m2. The apartment is on the 5th floor and has a lovely open view. There is an elevator in the building, so no need to take the stairs. The bedroom gets morning sun, while the living room and balcony enjoy the evening sun. Despite the very central location, the area is calm and quiet, and it is often peaceful enough to sleep with the windows open. The apartment is rented fully furnished and ready to move into. Smoking and pets are not allowed. The rent is 1880 EUR per month, including electricity, water, heating, and internet. A deposit of 600 EUR is required and will of course be fully refunded at move-out, provided the apartment is returned in good condition.
