Room in a shared apartment with two people: (Female only) The room is located in an apartment on a quiet side street in a beautiful village near Heidelberg. It is on the ground floor and measures approximately 16 square meters. There is a bathroom with a shower, sink, and washing machine, a toilet, a dining room, and a kitchen, as well as another room where another student lives. The apartment and room are fully furnished and are about a ten-minute walk from the nearest tram stop. By tram, it takes about 20 minutes to the Bismarckplatz stop in Heidelberg and about 15 minutes to the main train station. The location of the apartment is perfect if you prefer a quieter place but still want to be in Heidelberg quickly. Since this is a room in a shared apartment, consideration and cleanliness are important, so we ask that you tidy and clean regularly. You are welcome to bring friends, but please no parties! Best regards Zimmer in einer 2er WG: (Nur Frauen) Das Zimmer ist in einer Wohnung in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße in einem schönen Dorf nahe Heidelberg gelegen. Es liegt im Erdgeschoss und umfasst etwa 16 Quadratmeter. Es gibt ein Bad mit Dusche, Waschbecken sowohl als auch Waschmaschine, eine Toilette, ein Esszimmer und eine Küche und noch ein weiteres Zimmer in dem eine andere Studentin wohnt. Die Wohnung und das Zimmer sind voll möbliert und sind etwa zehn Gehminuten von der nächsten Straßenbahn Haltestelle entfernt. Mit der Bahn dauert es ca. 25 Minuten bis zur Haltestelle Bismarckplatz in Heidelberg und etwa 20 Minuten bis zum Hauptbahnhof. Die Lage der Wohnung ist perfekt, wenn man es etwas ruhiger mag aber trotzdem schnell in Heidelberg sein möchte. Da es sich um ein Zimmer in einer WG handelt wird Wert auf Rücksicht und Sauberkeit gelegt, deshalb bitten wir darum, dass regelmäßig aufgeräumt und sauber gemacht wird. Man darf auch gerne mal Freunde mitbringen aber bitte keine Parties feiern!
