No smoking/vaping/drugs or anything similar allowed! No parties/pets/subtenants/subletting/air b&b/couch-surfing or anything similar! No incense stick smoking! No deep-frying, use of excessive oil or flaming when making/frying food on the stove or in the oven (to avoid grease residues all over the apartment)! Kitchen area must be kept clean like the rest of the apartment. A written rental agreement is signed between me (landlady/owner of this studio) and you (the tenant). ✨READY TO MOVE IN HOME Move-in ready home including everything seen in the photos + much more (for example kitchen and cleaning stuff inside the cabinets). Bed linen & towels can also be provided if needed. Private bicycle(s) are available by request. Basically you can just bring your suitcase and start living. Ask for a more detailed list of the items included. The list of items that are included can be modified based on what you want/need. ✨COSTS 💰NOTE!!! THE RENT DEPENDS ON THE RENTAL PERIOD AND HOW MANY PERSONS ARE MOVING IN. FOR EXAMPLE FOR ONE PERSON: 🔹950 e/month for nine months or longer 🔹1085 e/month for five months or longer 🔹1185 e/month for less than five months between April and August 🔹1285 e/month for minimum four months between August and December 🔹Kindly ask for the rent for some other period and/or for two persons, thank you. Central heating + waste management + warm bike storage spaces + separate drying rooms with heaters for washed laundry are all free to use. Nothing works with gas. Tenant(s) must purchase a home insurance in Finland for the whole renting period. I will help you with the insurance procedure so don't worry about it. The insurance costs have been ~15 e/month for one person. Refundable security deposit is either 1500 euros (six months or less) or two times the monthly costs (longer than six months).
