Hi, For a nice stay in Bergamo, I propose a peaceful 50 m2 two rooms ground floor apartment with private garden inside an historic courtyard 10/15 min. by foot far from the University and the city center. The apartment will be available from August 2026. It is is situated in Borgo Palazzo (an historic, central and commercial district) in a calm position surrounded by green and composed as follows. Entry through the private garden with fig and khaki trees. The kitchen and living room are 22m2 with French door opening on the garden. The kitchen is fully equipped: refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, microwave, gas stove and all cooking utensils, plates and glasses . The living room consists of a comfortable sofa bed, lunch table and chairs. The bedroom is around 16 m2 with a garden view. The room consists of a king-size bed 160x200 cm (memory form), of a desk and a large dressing. The bathroom is 4 m2 with big shower and window opening in the back garden. Storage and laundry room are 4,8 m2, with a washing machine, vacuum cleaner and iron. The private garden is around 60 m2 with outside table and chairs. Bike parking and a private car garage are also available. The monthly rental for the two-room apartment is 790 euros. The costs for electricity and gas consumption must be paid apart.
