Supermarkets are within a few minutes walking distance. (Aldi, Penny, Lidl, Edeka, Budni, pharmacy, bakery, kiosk). Shared flat-life Joint activities are welcome, but not obligatory, depending on how it fits. I (a nice man, 40 years old architect) and one other person live in the flat. There are only two of us in a 3-room flat. Parties and smoking are not allowed. We love cleanliness and clean the flat together every weekend. It is well suited for someone to arrive in Hamburg and looking for a place to stay in peace. We are not a party-flat and rather quiet = You can relax and feel at home!!!
