L’ensemble du coliving fait près de 300m2 et comprend 11 studios répartis sur 3 niveaux. Toutes les charges sont incluses dans le loyer : électricité, eau, chauffage, fibre internet, Netflix et ménage des parties communes. Le bien est situé à proximité de tous les commerces, restaurants et marchés et des stations de métro Maraîchers et Alexandre Dumas. In addition to your bedroom, you will have access to a large living room, a kitchen, a fitness/yoga room, a small TV lounge, a coworking space and a private courtyard. The whole coliving apartment is around 300 sqm and comprises 11 studios spread over 3 levels. All utilities are included in the rent: electricity, water, heating, internet fiber, Netflix and cleaning of common areas.
