The room is available from March to July, and I'm looking for someone who’s happy to stay for the entire period. The location is great: you're just a 10‐minute walk from Rotterdam Central Station, and within 5 minutes by bike you’ll find several supermarkets. The Witte de Withstraat, with its cozy cafés and restaurants, is only 7 minutes by bike. The room is rented fully furnished, so you can move in right away. Registration is possible, and the room is intended for students. The rent is €550 per month, all inclusive. You’ll share the kitchen and bathroom with one housemate (19, male) — relaxed, friendly, and easygoing. I’m looking for someone between 18 and 23 years old, who doesn’t smoke and is LGBTQ+ friendly.
