I am temporarily renting out my city apartment for a short term lease until building / renovation works will start in summer so potentially the rental agreement can be extended for another month. Great location in the Au district with underground and bus stations around the corner. The apartment hasn’t been renovated for a while so it’s not state of the art housing however cosy clean basic. I don’t want to earn from this rental as I am looking for a reliable and trustworthy student who is looking for temporary accommodation in Munich these days. Very reasonable pricing for an apartment if you compare with rooms etc. I would like to hear from you via email with some background information so I get a first impression from the applier....
