Hi, I'm a male student at Polimi campus Leonardo and I am looking for someone to rent the second room which will be vacant starting from the 25th February. Location: Bovisasca neighborhood Proximities: 10 min bus ride/ 30 min walk to Bovisa campus. 40 min by subway to Leonardo campus/ center. Supermarket at 5 min on foot, and mall at 10 min on foot. 10 min on foot from Parco di Villa Litta which has a calisthenics area. Accommodation: 3rd floor, 86 m^2, the room for rental is a bit more than 16 m^2, fully equiped. Kitchen with fridge, oven, dish washing machine, usual cooking ustensils. Living room with couch and TV. Bathroom with washing machine, bathtub, sink, w.c and bidet. Two bedrooms with large beds, closets and tables. Two balconies. Rent: ~600 euros/months including all the bills. 40 euros for the contract procedure. Contract: 6 month or one year, but might be possible to transfer it to the next tenant if one is found...
