U-bahn U2 + U8, Tram und Bus ( Hohenzollernplatz) in 300 m zu Fuß erreichbar und in ca. 7 Minuten am Hbf oder Münchner Freiheit. There are many shops, restaurants, cafes and bars just around the corner. All public transportation are very close: UBahn (U2, U8 )sowie (U3 & U6) ; Bus 59, 53; Tram 27 to Stachus, Scheidtplatz oder Münchner Freiheit and many famous sightseeing spots are just a few minutes away on foot. The famous Münchner Freiheit is just 20 minutes away walking or by Bus ca 7 Minutes. This furnished studio apartment (35 square meters) comes with a 140 cm bed, a living room area with a big couch / table , tv and seperate kitchen with door and window, bathroom and big balcony. The kitchen is fully equipped and everything can be used. Dishwasher, iron + ironing board, Nespresso and more stuff you will need is available. Coin Washing Machine in Dry Cleaning are in the house.
