The room is 17 m2, very comfortable and quiet, and has direct access to a private terrace. The flat is 128 m2, ground floor, with a big living room with good lighting, and plenty of space to hang out, cook together, or perfect for relaxing and working. You’ll be living with 2 friendly flatmates and Oz, our sweet, calm, distinguished cat 🐾. The vibe at home is respectful, fun, and warm. Then one of the flatmates will also be away for about one month starting at the end of January. Location: Amazing area – only 5 minutes from everything (cafés, transport, supermarkets, parks).
