This studio is comfortably designed so you can enjoy every part of the space. Upon entering, you’ll find the double bed connected to the living area, which includes a sofa, side tables and a Smart TV to suit all entertainment preferences. Separated by small wooden columns, you’ll find the fully equipped kitchen featuring a microwave, coffee maker, toaster, electric stovetop and refrigerator, along with all the necessary utensils to cook comfortably. Next to it, there is a built-in table with two chairs where you can enjoy your meals. The accommodation also includes a washing machine, iron and ironing board to cover all the needs of your stay. Lastly, you’ll find a full bathroom with a shower and complimentary amenities for the first days of your stay. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort, and the bed is prepared with fresh linens. Note: This apartment is for seasonal rental only – It is not available for tourist stays. To complete the booking, it is essential to sign a seasonal lease agreement and provide proof of the reason for your stay. After finalizing the reservation, you will receive a contract to sign.
