Shared apartment with single rooms, each with a 135cm bed (brand new mattress) and its own lock. Two fully renovated bathrooms. Kitchen with all brand new appliances: ceramic hob, two refrigerators, washer-dryer, and microwave. Supermarkets, pharmacy, gas station, and sports center are all nearby. Each room has bright windows. The price includes everything except electricity, which is shared among the tenants. (Water, internet, property tax, community fees... none of that to worry about.) Piso en una zona muy tranquila de Málaga, muy bien comunicado ,con la entrada autovía al lado y buena zona de aparcamiento. Piso a compartir en habitaciones individuales con canapes de 135 cm( a estrenar colchon ), con sus propias cerraduras. Dos baños totalmente reformados. Cocina ,todos los electrodomésticos a estrenar, vitro, dos frigoríficos,lavadora-secadora,microondas. Supermercados,farmacia,gasolinera,polideportivo, todo al lado. Cada habitación tiene ventanas muy luminosas. En el precio está incluido todo, menos la luz a compartir entre los inquilinos.( agua, Internet, ibi, comunidad,..nada de eso hay que preocuparse)...
