All parties and nightlife is within walking distance, but the apartment is still not noisy! :) Students favourite area! BME 10min tram, Pazmany 8 min walk, Corvinus 9 min tram, Semmelweis 15 min walk, Szimpla kert 4 min walk, New York Cafe 7 min walk. The room has a big window front and there are all necessary furnitures, including a TV and a couch. It is the only room with a small balcony. Furthermore is the room directed to the backyard with a small balcony and because of that very quiet.
