There is underfloor heating and a central water supply in the building. Guests are provided with a cooling fan for the summer season. Other important information Please note that toiletries (soap, shampoo, shower gel, toilet paper, etc.) and kitchen utensils (kitchen rolls, dishwashing liquid and coffee capsules, washcloths, dishwashing liquid, laundry detergent, etc.) are not replenished during your stay. The city center is 20-22 minutes on foot or 12-15 minutes on foot + metro from the apartment.
