If you like walking it is only ~2.5 km to Aalto Uni and by bus/metro it takes around 15 minutes. Helsinki is only ~30 minutes away either by bike or by bus/metro. This location is superb for someone who values peace and tranquility and still wants to be close to shops and all necessary facilities. The list of items that are included can be modified based on what you want/need. ✨COSTS 💰NOTE!!! THE RENT DEPENDS ON THE RENTAL PERIOD AND HOW MANY PERSONS ARE MOVING IN. Tenant(s) must purchase a home insurance in Finland for the whole renting period. I will help you with the insurance procedure so don't worry about it. The insurance costs have been ~15 e/month for one person. Refundable security deposit is EITHER 1500 euros (for six months or shorter stays) OR two times the monthly costs if you stay longer than six months.
