Utilities are excluded from the rental price. A utility contract needs to arranged by tenants themselves. Beware that extra variable costs apply for this. The landlord and property manager can assist with the arrangement. The apartment is located in the NDSM area on the North-side of Amsterdam. This is a vibrant and hip area in Amsterdam. It hosts famous museums like the Eye museum, the culture hub the NDSM Werf and many fun bars and restaurants. Within 7 minutes walking you can reach the river 'Het IJ' and take the ferry to Amsterdam centre (free of charge). In 20 minutes you can reach Amsterdam Central station. Please beware: the apartment wil be offered UNFURNISHED. The furniture in the pictures are from the current tenant. There are second hand thrift shops in the area that can be used for cheap furniture shopping.
