My requirements: * You must be a full-time Master’s student at UCL. * You are willing to take over the tenancy/contract from me (please check with the accommodation provider if required). Details of the room: * Location: Urbanest Kings Cross * Start date: 15 December (preferred) or from 12 January. * Duration: Until end of study year (September 2026). * Rent: £325.01/w (everything included). * Room type: en-suite/shared kitchen etc. * Distance to campus: 25-30 minutes to UCL main Campus/Bloomsbury Please contact me if you fit the above (Master’s student at UCL) and would like to view the room / discuss details. The rent is paid in three instalments, but it comes out to £325/week on average, all bills included (electricity, water, heat, internet, etc.) Laundry & reception onsite, lots of storage space in the room.
