The apartment has one bedroom with a double bed, one studio/mezzanine with a sofa/single bed that can be extended into a double bed, & a third big multipurpose room, which I am using as a Yoga room and also as a closet room. The apartment has 2 balconies, one facing east with an open view of the Bilderdijkgracht, Hugo de Grootgracht & De Kostverlorenvaart, which receives all the morning sun, while the interior balcony facing west gets all the afternoon sun. The apartment gets sunlight all day long. In the morning - the living room, dining room, and studio. And in the afternoon the 2 rooms and the kitchen. Perfect for the winter months! 🛎️ We are looking for someone reliable, respectful, and caring about other people’s property....
