It’s a place that feels like home from the very first moment. The separate kitchen is a paradise for cooking enthusiasts. It’s fully equipped with a bar and everything you need: from a high-quality coffee maker to a Nutribullet and oven. And for the true kitchen lovers: you’re welcome to use my favorite tools like a mandoline, Le Creuset pans, and microplanes. Sleep and Work in Comfort On the first floor, you’ll find a spacious bedroom with a luxurious king-size bed. From this room, you can step out onto the balcony and enjoy some fresh air. Working from home? No problem! This room also features an adjustable sit/stand desk with a monitor, making it a perfect home office space. The Second Floor: Your Private Oasis Head upstairs to the second floor, where you’ll find another large bedroom with a premium Auping king-size bed. From here, you’ll look out onto our spacious 40m2 rooftop terrace, complete with a lounge set and gas barbecue. Imagine sunny days, a great book, and barbecue evenings. This floor also includes a handy laundry room with a second toilet, a storage room, and a dream-worthy walk-in closet.
