On the main floor, the living-dining room is very bright and opens onto the first terrace, equipped with a table and chairs for relaxing or dining outside. The living area has a comfortable sofa and television, and the open kitchen has all the necessary appliances as well as a coffee maker, toaster and kettle and a table for six people. On this same floor is a bedroom with a circular bed, which can be separated thanks to its corner doors. From the kitchen, you can access the second terrace, perfect for breakfast or lunch al fresco, equipped with a large table and parasol. A second double bedroom also has direct access to this terrace. The lower floor is completed with two full bathrooms with showers. The upper floor houses the master double bedroom, with access to the spectacular third terrace, divided into three areas: a solarium with sun loungers and parasol, a chill out area with outdoor sofas, shower and folding roof, and a third area with a table and chairs to enjoy unobstructed views of the city. This apartment includes air conditioning, heating, vacuum cleaner and high-speed Wi-Fi.
