Haustiere sind auf Anfrage unten erlaubt. Zwei Ferienwohnungen von je 60m2. Ferienhaus mit 2 Wohneinheiten mit je 2 Schlafzimmern, Duschbad, Küchenzeile und großzügigem Wohn-/ Essraum. Beide Ferienwohnungen sind mit Kaminofen ausgestattet, die obere Wohnung mit Sauna. Jede Wohnung ist mit (Smart) TV und Stereoanlage, sowie die Küchen mit allen Kochutensilien ausgestattet. Spül- und Waschmaschine sowie Trockner vorhanden. (Keine Münzautomaten) Selbstversorger. Haustierhaltung ist nach Absprache unten erlaubt. Das Ferienhaus liegt in einem neuen Ferienhausgebiet mit ca. 60 Ferienhäusern auf einer kleinen Anhöhe am Ostseestand der Wohlenberger Wiek. Unser Ferienhaus liegt am Südrand auf einem ca.700 m2 Grundstück mit Blick nach Südwesten in die freie Natur. Der 4 Kilometer lange naturbelassene Strand befindet sich in 250 Metern Entfernung und ist über einen direkten Weg zu erreichen. Sehenswert sind die Städte Wismar (16 km) mit historischer Altstadt, Ostseebad Boltenhagen mit Seebrücke und Seebäder Architektur (8 km),sowie Klütz mit Schloß Bothmer (6km). Lübeck (30km) und Schwerin (45km) sind gut erreichbar und sehr sehenswert.Für den Einkauf empfehlen sich Klütz oder Grevesmühlen (10km). In Gägelow (10km) befindet sich ein Einkaufscenter. Wohlenberg hat Anschluß an den Ostseefahrradweg. Der Klützer Winkel und vorallem die dazugehörige Wohlenberger Wiek ist wegen des weitläufigen naturbelassenen Strandes und der Schönheit der Landschaft, Ort für einen unvergesslichen Urlaub. Tierpark/Zoo: Der Tierpark Wismar liegt 16 Kilometer entfernt, der schön angelegte Bürgerpark schließt sich an den Tierpark an. Schwimmbad: Das Erlebnis- und Spaßbad Wonnemar bietet Schwimmspaß und Wellness. Es befindet sich in der Weltkulturerbe Stadt Wismar. Golf: In Hohen Wieschendorf (9km) befindet sich eine 18 Loch Golfanlage. Wandern: Es gibt ein großes Netwerk an Wanderwegen in der Umgebung von Wohlenberg. Kinderhochstuhl/Kinderbett: (aus hygehnischen gründen ohne Bettwäsche) wird kostenlos zur Verfügung gestellt. Zusätzliche Informationen: Ein Wäschepaket /Bettwäsche + Handtücher) können wir leider aus Personalgründen nicht anbieten, (auch wäre der Preis für dieses mittlerweile so hoch wie eine Neuanschaffung). Nebenkostenabrechnung/ Rückzahlung: Um sich als Vermieter gegen mögliche hohe Energie-, Heiz- und Wasserkosten abzusichern, wurde die Nebenkostenvorauszahlung entsprechend sehr großzügig kalkuliert. Eine Rückzahlung eventuell zu viel gezahlter Nebenkosten erfolgt beim Auszug. Dabei erhält der Mieter eine schriftliche Abrechnung der tatsächlichen Verbräuche. Feuerholz wird vom Vermieter kostenfrei gestellt. Endreinigung/Zwischenreinigung: Eine verbindliche Zwischenreinungung erfolgt am Samstag alle 2 Wochen nach Absprache und ist inklusive. Auch die Endreinigung nach dem Auszug ist Inklusive. An- und Abreise: Anreise: Dank Schlüsseltresor 24/7 möglich. Two holiday apartments of 60 m2 each. The holiday home consists of two units, each with 2 bedrooms, a shower bathroom, a kitchenette, and a spacious living and dining area. Both apartments are equipped with a wood-burning stove, and the upper apartment also features a sauna. Each unit has a (smart) TV and stereo system, and the kitchens are fully equipped with all cooking utensils. Dishwasher, washing machine and dryer are available (no coin-operated machines). Self-catering. Keeping pets is permitted in the ground-floor apartment upon prior agreement. The holiday home is located in a newly developed holiday home area with about 60 houses, situated on a small hill on the Baltic Sea beach of Wohlenberger Wiek. Our holiday home is located at the southern edge on a 700 m2 plot with a southwest-facing view of open nature. The 4-kilometre-long natural beach is approximately 250 metres away and can be reached via a direct path. Worth visiting are the towns of Wismar (16 km) with its historic old town, the Baltic resort of Boltenhagen with its pier and spa architecture (8 km), as well as Klütz with Bothmer Castle (6 km). Lübeck (30 km) and Schwerin (45 km) are easily accessible and well worth a visit. For shopping, we recommend Klütz or Grevesmühlen (10 km). A shopping centre is located in Gägelow (10 km). Wohlenberg is connected to the Baltic Sea cycle route. The Klützer Winkel region and especially the Wohlenberger Wiek are known for their wide, unspoiled beaches and beautiful landscape, making it a place for an unforgettable holiday. Animal park / zoo: The Wismar Zoo is located 16 kilometres away, and the attractively designed Bürgerpark is adjacent to it. Golf: An 18-hole golf course is located in Hohen Wieschendorf (9 km). Swimming pool: The Wonnemar adventure and leisure pool offers swimming fun and wellness. It is located in the UNESCO World Heritage town of Wismar. Hiking trails: There are hiking opportunities not only directly by the Baltic Sea, but also, for example, from Wohlenberg towards Bössow. Canoeing: There is a 24/7 canoe rental machine located on the beach. Dogs: Wohlenberg has a dog beach. Your dogs can stay free of charge. A highchair and baby cot (without bedding for hygiene reasons) are provided free of charge. Additional information: Final Cleaning / Interim Cleaning: A mandatory intermediate cleaning takes place every two weeks on Saturdays by arrangement and is included. Final cleaning after departure is also included. Due to staffing limitations, we unfortunately cannot offer a linen package (bed linen / towels / tea towels). The cost for such a package would now be about the same as buying new items. Utility Cost Settlement / Reimbursement: To protect the landlord from potentially high energy, heating, and water costs, the utility advance payment has been calculated generously. Any overpaid utility costs will be refunded upon departure. The tenant will receive a written statement of the actual consumption. Firewood is provided free of charge by the landlord.
