High-quality tableware (Rosenthal), cutlery, and pots and pans in all necessary sizes. - The living room includes: A new bed (200x140 cm) with a new mattress, a dining/work table with 4 chairs, 2 shelves, a wardrobe, high-quality blinds, a large beanbag (can also be used as a guest bed!), electric guitar. - The bathroom is equipped with a mirror cabinet and another small cabinet, has a corner shower and a toilet. There is a new set of towels prepared for you. All electrical appliances and furniture are brand new. Location of the apartment: The apartment is located on the second floor of a very well-maintained residential building from the 1920s. It has 4 windows facing east and south and is very bright. In front of the windows is a small green area, so you always have a view of the greenery and can hear birds chirping. Living environment: The S-Bahn line S 1 is only a 3-minute walk from the apartment. It takes you to the FU Berlin (Zehlendorf stop) in just 11 minutes and (in the other direction) directly to Potsdamer Platz in the center of Berlin in 10 minutes, as well as to the international hub and long-distance train station of the DB. The apartment is quiet and centrally located in the international and friendly district of Schöneberg/Friedenau. Supermarkets (Edeka, Netto, Rewe, organic food store), bookstores, cafés, and international restaurants (Korean, Indian, Thai, Nepalese, etc.) are just around the corner. The famous Schlossstraße shopping mile with all the major shopping centers, malls, international brands, and cinemas is also only 15 minutes away....
