Hello everyone, I'm Lasse (29), I'm studying Sociology for my Master's degree and I'm looking for a temporary tenant for our lovely shared room while my girlfriend is on Erasmus. The period is from September to the end of January, but moving in and out is flexible and possible from the end of August. The room is about 21 m2 in size, very bright thanks to two large windows facing the inner courtyard and furnished with a bed, desk, wardrobe and armchair - perfect for living, working or studying. We only moved into the apartment in July and it is bright, friendly and modern. There is a covered balcony, which is great for relaxing, as well as a dishwasher, washing machine and a cellar compartment that can be used if required. The location is quiet and pleasant in Steglitz/Schöneberg. The bus can be reached in two minutes, the S-Bahn Feuerbachstraße in seven minutes and the U9 at Walther-Schreiber-Platz in about twelve minutes. Shopping facilities are just around the corner (Rewe, Netto) and others at Walther-Schreiber-Platz. The FU can be reached in about 15 minutes by bike, Tempelhofer Feld in about 20 minutes. I myself am relaxed and have a lot going on with university, work, sports and hobbies, but I'm also looking forward to living together in a shared flat - whether it's cooking, watching movies or cozy evenings in a shared flat.
