The rooms are located on the second floor (a 100 m2 level) of a large family property. They are accessed via a completely independent entrance separate from the main house, which opens on the ground floor into a spacious kitchen exclusively for the tenants’ use. The kitchen is fully equipped (ceramic cooktop, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerators, freezer, etc.) and also includes a washing machine available to the tenants. Access to the accommodation is through a landscaped inner courtyard with a bicycle storage area. The property is located in the south of Angers, in the town of Mûrs-Erigné, on bus line 3, Monnier stop. There is direct access to the student hub in southern Angers (about 15 minutes), including the Catholic University of the West (UCO), ESA, Pouillé Campus, IFEPSA, IRCOM... It is 1 hour from Nantes airport and 1.5 hours from Paris by train. All amenities are within walking distance (less than 5 minutes): shopping center, post office, doctor, pharmacy, restaurants, public garden... On accède au logement par une cour intérieure paysagée pourvue d'un local à vélos. La location se trouve au sud d'Angers sur la commune de Mûrs-Erigné, ligne de bus 3, arrêt Monnier. Accès direct au pôle étudiant du sud d'Angers (15 mns environ), Université Catholique de l'Ouest (UCO), ESA, Campus de Pouillé, IFEPSA, IRCOM... Situé à 1H de l'aéroport de Nantes et à 1h30 de Paris en train. Toutes les commodités sont accessibles à pied à moins de 5 mns (centre commercial, poste, médecin, pharmacie, restaurants, jardin public...)...
