Beautiful apartment with sunset view and lots of trees in front of the house. The Tempelhof field (huge park and former airport) is right in front of you. The apartment is beautifully designed and has lots of natural light in the afternoons. Subway station (Hermannstr) is 5-7 minutes walk. Building was fully renovated in 2014. Friendly neighbors (mostly owners). Apartment has a spacious kitchen, a 4-person dining table, an extra-big bed (2x2 meters) with TV and Netflix and a small, cozy couch. This place is considered quite central, within the S-bahn ring and close to Kreuzberg, Schöneberg and other areas of Neukölln. Yet, due to the near Tempelhof field, and 2 mins to Schillerkiez, it offers lots of relaxation. Electricity, water and heating costs as well as fast Internet (WLAN) are included....
