What truly sets NEST apart is its exceptional outdoor space: a spacious shared garden featuring a natural swimming pond, BBQ area, lounge corners, and plenty of greenery to relax or connect with fellow residents. It’s the perfect blend of city living and peaceful retreat. The community will consist of international expats, creatives, and young professionals who value meaningful connection, design-led living, and a vibrant yet tranquil environment. All common areas are professionally cleaned on a weekly basis. The building is currently undergoing renovation and will officially open in September 2025.
