We have 7 private new furnished rooms in a house over 3 floors, comprising hall, 3 bathroom shower /sink and toilet , a fully equipped kitchen in common situated on the groundfloor of the house and a little furnished living room in common . The attribution of the rooms is obviously tributary of the availabilities of the moment. The rooms (+- 15 m2) comprise: bed, mattress, small cupboard, worktable, office chair, wardrobe , hangings, ceiling luminary, standard lamp, desk lamp , curtains .We provide also forks and spoons, pot and pans and a clean pillow and a duvet at your arrival . Wireless internet is included in the rent. There is a washing machine and dryer in the house A regular cleaning of the common parts of the house ( floors and stairs ) is done every 2 weeks. The checking in and out are done by an independent expertise office Ageci and the costs aredived by landlord and tenant .( the price for this is +- 75 euro inventory in and +-75 euro inventory out ) There is also a overnight guest fee of 35 euro a night and an assurance fee of 65 euro to be covered during your whole stay ( 65 euro to be paid only one time for a whole year ). The rooms are clean and pleasant, furnished in a pratical way. General environment is convivial and sympathetic, the atmosphere is made by E.U.trainees and students of various European nationalities. At 10 minutes’ walk from the European Parliament and 5 minutes walk from the Commission, Easy communications to all directions: bus stop in the street ,tram and subway at 5 minutes walk . Access from the airport: line 12 Airport station Nord or Central . In the vicinity: shops, supermarkets, laundrettes, banks, ... CONDITIONS: Furnished room on 1 floor garden site with shared bathroom and shared kitchen : 725 euro with 60 euro charges included /month in case your renting period is minimum 12 months. we 're looking for a new tenant who will stay minimum 2- 3 months or longer and in case of shorter renting periods we ask a monthly supplement which depends of the requested renting period...
