About this Home Located just off the Massachusetts Turnpike, this enormous, four-bedroom, two-bathroom shared apartment is perfect for young professionals who commute Downtown for work, as well as college students who attend one of the nearby universities. At 1261-square-foot, this newly-renovated, three-floor apartment features brilliant hardwood floors, granite countertops, a dishwasher, and a back porch located off of a large eat-in kitchen. Each bedroom is large enough to accommodate a queen-size bed, nightstand, and workspace. Allston is one of the best suburbs in Boston for commuting families and young professionals. Just north of Brookline, Allston borders the neighborhoods of Fenway-Kenmore and Brighton. Take a short walk down to the commercial district known as Packard’s Corner to find everything from sports pubs and ethnic restaurants to furniture stores and boutique consignment shops. Allston is a diverse neighborhood where people between the ages of 18-34 make up approximately 78-percent of the population. If you are looking to take advantage of Boston’s public transportation, you won’t find any shortage of bus stops or subway stations to get you where you need to go. Less than five miles from nearly everything Boston has to offer, this beautiful apartment is located in the heart of Allston. It is a short eight-minute walk down to Harvard Avenue station to catch a ride on the B branch of the MBTA Green Line subway. This apartment is a smoke-free unit that can be furnished upon request. Additional features include WiFi, radiator heating, and street parking with resident decal. There is also a communal laundry area located next door. You have the choice of renting a room or the entire apartment if available. Your safety and comfort are our top priorities!
