I’m looking to temporarily sublet my beautiful 3-room old building apartment above the rooftops of Göttingen from JUNE until the end of AUGUST The furniture will stay and can be used, while my personal belongings will be stored in boxes within the apartment. During this time, you’ll have access to a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge, dishwasher, mini oven, and Thermomix. There’s also a furnished living room with a TV, PlayStation, and a desk with a second monitor. In the bedroom, next to the bed, there’s a small wardrobe and a dresser that are all yours. The large dining room offers plenty of space for cozy dinners at a big table with five chairs. --- The location is perfect. The apartment is right above the town hall square, with a view of it and the Gänseliesl fountain. From there, you can enjoy probably the most beautiful sunsets in the city and dive straight into the hustle and bustle of town life. Thanks to the new windows, you don’t hear any of it — making the apartment super quiet despite being in the middle of it all. The next bus stop is just a minute away, and you can reach pretty much anywhere in Göttingen within five minutes — whether on foot, by bike, or by bus. It doesn’t get more central than this! --- Again, this is a temporary sublet from JUNE until the end of AUGUST. It’s already been discussed and approved by the landlord. He’d like to meet you once, just as a formality. We’ll sign a sublease agreement for the three months together. I’ll leave you my fully furnished apartment. My clothes and belongings will stay stored in boxes in the flat during your stay, but they won’t be in your way — I promise ✌️ You’ll have plenty of room to settle in. I’ll also leave up things like decorations and pictures to make it feel homey right from the start. All you really need to do is unpack your stuff and enjoy the summer in this beautiful student city ✨ Just so you know: the rent listed here covers only my fixed costs — I’m not trying to make any profit.
