It is located in the Gothic Quarter, very close to Plaza Catalunya, Paseo de Gracia, El Corte Inglés department store and Las Ramblas. The apartment is delivered with towels and bedding on arrival. The apartment itself is furnished and the kitchen is cosy and comes with a ceramic hob, oven, fridge and microwave.... There is no private parking, however you will find public parking about 250 metres from the apartment. There is no washing machine. You will find two laundries, both a 10-minute walk away: WOSH on Calle Trafalgar 72 and MERLIN LAVANDERIA on Calle Vigatans 2. This apartment does not have air conditioning, but being an apartment in an old building, it maintains a very pleasant temperature despite the high temperatures in Barcelona. - Apartment exclusively for monthly rental: bookings with a minimum stay of 32 days and a maximum of 11 months. - Security deposit: 1 month (Subject to length of stay) - Final cleaning 120 euros - Utilities are not included in the monthly rent.
