Once you cross the threshold you find yourself in the entrance hall, which in turn opens onto a pleasant living room, extremely pleasant to live in and flooded with light coming from the large French window of the balcony, with its scenic view of the Basilica of San Luca. The relaxation area offers guests a 43” Smart TV and a comfortable 3-person sofa. A short distance from the apartment is the portico of San Luca; it is the longest porticoed walkway in the world, which allows you to reach the top of the hill where the religious sanctuary of the same name is located, which is also visible from the windows of the house. Public transportation: Buses number 92 and 83 pass a few meters from the apartment and allow you to arrive directly to the Bologna train station, while the 14 will take you in a few minutes to the heart of the historic center of Bologna. Parking: The apartment is outside the ZTL area. You can park for free under the house or in the adjacent via Giotto, entering from the rear entrance of the building.
