Hi, I am subletting my room in a shared apartment from mid may/ early june 2025 until june 2026. The end date is flexible. I will leave my furniture, so there is a bed, desk, and a bookshelf in the room as well as a large closet. There is an Alepa in close walking distance and more shops are just a short busride away at Arabia mall. The busstop for bus 55 is just a few minutes walk away and the city centre can be reached in about 30 minutes. The rent is 367€ and includes all utility and internet. Female tenant only as the apartment is shared with two female students....
