Es ist das top Zimmer mit der großen Dach Terrasse! Die Wohnung liegt im 5. Stock und hat einen sehr schönen Balkon mit Blick Richtung Englischer Garten. Das Zimmer ist möbliert und liegt im besten Schwabing. Wir haben insgesamt 14 Zimmer in der Ohmstrasse - alle full Service und all inklusive - von 949 bis 1049€ von der Range - schreib uns einfach! Die Leopoldstrasse ist direkt vor der Tür, der Englische Garten ebenfalls, die Uni ist nur einen Steinwurf weit weg, und die ganze Wohnung wurde kürzlich frisch renoviert. Die U-Bahn Station Universität und Giselastrasse sind 3 min weit weg. Es gibt 5 Zimmer in dieser Wg, das ganze Haus wird von WG's genutzt, ich hoffe du bringst Freude daran mit, es wird 100% niemals langweilig;) Es gibt eine gute Mischung an Bewohnern des Hauses, kann gut sein, dass du einfach mal spontan von ner anderen gemischten WG eingeladen wirst. Unten im Haus sind direkt viele coole Läden, ein Vietnamese, ein Friseur, ein kleiner Supermarkt, hier kriegst du alles von Bier bis Champagner....aber sonst auch beinahe alles was du vermutlich so mal schnell brauchst. Die WG's liegen im 2. und im 5. Stock, es gibt einen Aufzug, auf der einen Seite, hat die obere WG einen Balkon über die ganze Breite, auf der anderen Seite deine Dachterrasse, man kann vermutlich sagen, es ist das beste WG Haus in der Gegend. Wichtig ist uns, dass du die Einrichtung sowie die Küche, die schon dabei ist, pfleglich behandelst. Möbel sind, ein Doppelbett, ein Schrank, ein Regal, ein Schreibtisch und ein Drehstuhl. Alle Details der Wohnung, Bettzeug, etc. sind von dir zu stellen, teilweise ist es auch da, hängt aber davon ab, was die vorherigen Bewohner dort lassen. Die Küche hat alles, auch Geschirrspüler und Waschmaschine. Internet ist beste Glasfaser von Mnet mit 100 MB. Natürlich ist mit im Preis, Internet Glasfaser, teilweise ein HD Fernseher für dich inklusive von uns gezahlter GEZ Gebühr. All rooms are furnished and is located in the best Schwabing. We have a total of 14 rooms in Ohmstrasse - all full service and all inclusive - from €895 to €1049€ from the range - just write to us! Leopoldstrasse is right in front of the door, as is the English Garden, the university is just a stone's throw away, and the entire apartment has just been renovated. The subway station Universität and Giselastrasse are 3 minutes away. All residents moved in on May 1st. However, rooms become available again almost every month. There are 5 rooms the whole house is used by shared flats, I hope you enjoy it, it never gets boring 100%;) There is a good mix of residents in the house, it's quite possible that you'll just be spontaneously invited by another mixed flat share. Down in the house are many cool shops, a Vietnamese, a hairdresser, a small supermarket, here you can get everything from beer to champagne....but also almost everything else that you probably need quickly. The WG's are on the 2nd and 5th floor, there is an elevator, on one side the upper WG has a full-width balcony, on the other side your roof terrace, you could probably say it's the best WG house in the area. It is important to us that you treat the furnishings and the kitchen, which is already included, with care. All details of the apartment, bedding, etc. are to be provided by you, partly it is also there, but depends on what the previous occupants leave there. Of course, the price includes fiber optic internet, sometimes an HD television for you, including the GEZ fee we pay. You should be fine.
