A bus to the city center is 1 minute by foot. The apartment is located on the first floor and has a living room, kitchen, bathroom and 2 bedrooms, 1 with a double bed, and 1 with a sofa bed and office desk. There are 2 balconies, 1 at the front and 1 at the back, which looks over the private garden from the flat. The apartment is available from January 27th to May 15th.
