The apartment is located in a quiet inner courtyard, so you won't hear any of the hustle and bustle outside. The apartment is divided into two large, bright rooms (bedroom and living room), entrance hall/cloakroom, kitchen, bathroom and WC. The apartment is available from January to June 2025 and will be rented fully furnished. It is very centrally located and has good public transport connections. The U3 subway station is on the doorstep, Westbahnhof is a 7-minute walk away, as are various buses and streetcars. Perfectly suited for individuals or couples.
